Sales & Business Development

We are looking for driven sales professionals to introduce our compliance solutions to banks, SACCOs, insurers, and enterprises in new markets.

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, SaaS, or consulting
  • Proven track record engaging C-level executives (CFO, CRO, Head of Compliance)
  • Understanding of regulatory environment (CBK, IRA, SASRA – or willingness to learn fast)
  • Fluent in English; Swahili proficiency is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Tanzania or Zambia
📍 Tanzania & Zambia | From August 2026

Finance & Compliance Specialist

We are seeking finance and compliance professionals who can help clients implement IFRS 9, IFRS 17, Basel standards, and regulatory reporting frameworks.

  • 4+ years in financial reporting, risk management, or regulatory compliance
  • Solid understanding of IFRS 9, IFRS 16, IFRS 17, or Basel III/IV
  • Experience working with auditors or regulators is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and client-facing advisory skills
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, PRM) is an advantage
